PAN AM Hotels

Munich/Vienna – JP Hospitality unveiled the new international hotel brand PAN AM HOTEL at Expo Real. Inspired by the golden age of travel, the concept brings premium lifestyle to the world of airport hotels – creating an entirely new category: airport hospitality that excites guests and convinces investors. With PAN AM HOTEL, JP Hospitality is also, for the first time, taking on the role of operator – marking a new chapter in the company’s development.

Airport hospitality is being completely reimagined. While existing airport hotels often provide little inspiration and, despite high prices and stable occupancy, regularly receive poor guest reviews, PAN AM HOTEL delivers an offering that convinces both travelers and investors. The concept combines high-quality mid-century modern design with a consistent 24/7 service approach and creates flexible usage opportunities that go far beyond a simple overnight stay.

With the launch of PAN AM HOTEL, we are setting a new benchmark in airport hospitality. Airports deserve better hotels – without inflated prices, but with comfort, quality, and innovation! Gebhard Schachermayer, CEO of PNMB Brand GmbH and Managing Partner at JP Hospitality, a subsidiary of JP Immobilien

Dietmar Ploberger, Brand Development Director of PNMB Brand GmbH and Managing Director at JP Hospitality, adds: The steadily increasing demand for overnight stays at airports, combined with often poor service quality, motivated us to fill this market gap with the development of high-quality, needs-oriented hotels.

The evolution of airports into standalone business parks and the constantly growing number of overnight stays make airport hotels a particularly resilient and high-growth asset class. PAN AM HOTEL focuses on clear differentiation through brand, design, innovation, services, and gastronomy. In addition, the concept opens up new perspectives for owners and developers of existing airport hotels, as rebranding to PAN AM HOTEL unlocks fresh revenue potential.

The first PAN AM HOTELS will open at European airports in 2028. JP Hospitality already has a comprehensive pipeline of suitable airport assets. In addition to European hubs, locations at international gateways are actively being negotiated – a clear signal of the scalability and global growth potential of this new airport hotel concept.

The official brand launch took place during Expo Real in Munich on the second day of the trade fair, October 7. The program included a launch breakfast at the 196+ Lounge (Hall A1, Booth 340), organized by the PKF hospitality group. In addition, a panel discussion and press conference were held at the 196+ forum on October 8 at Hotel Bayerischer Hof. Michael Widmann, Global CEO of the PKF hospitality group: “I am delighted that we were able to provide a stage for this exciting new hotel brand at Expo Real.”
