US: Hotelier Ian Schrager will open a second PUBLIC hotel in spring 2026, located on Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, Los Angeles.
The 137-key luxury property is set to open early next year, housed in the former Standard hotel. It will be designed in collaboration with British architect John Pawson.
Amenities are set to include a three dining venues, a pool, and rooftop terrace with a 360-degree view of Los Angeles.
The first PUBLIC hotel launched in 2017, in the Lower East Side of New York City.
