IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a franchise agreement with Serene Tower (PVT) Ltd. to open Crowne Plaza Multan, Pakistan’s 6th largest city and about 330 miles south of Islamabad. The hotel is scheduled to open in early 2028.
Located along Bosan and Mattital Roads, the 200-key property will form part of the Serene Tower development. The site offers access to nearby residences, commercial areas and a PGA-approved golf course, serving a range of business and leisure travelers.

The hotel will include all-day dining venues, meeting spaces, a fitness center and a swimming pool. Crowne Plaza Multan will join IHG’s portfolio of more than 415 open hotels and nearly 150 in development worldwide.
