MGM Resorts International has announced that NoMad Las Vegas will transition to The Reserve at Park MGM effective on December 17.

The property will operate under its new identity with 293 rooms and suites. The hotel will continue operating during the transition period. As part of the rebrand, several existing venues will change names. NoMad Pool will become The Terrace Pool. NoMad Library will be renamed The Library. NoMad Bar will be renamed The Reserve Bar.

The changes mark the end of the NoMad branding at the property and the start of its new operating identity under The Reserve at Park MGM name. The structural layout of the hotel remains unchanged as part of the transition.

Last April, Hilton acquired a majority controlling interest in the Sydell Group, the owner of the NoMad brand, with plans to expand the brand globally. However, NoMad Las Vegas was excluded from the transaction. A month later, Hilton announced its first NoMad deal in Singapore.

In early 2026, The Reserve at Park MGM is expected to join Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection. This step is part of MGM Resorts’ long-term strategic licensing partnership with Marriott International that created MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy.

Once the property becomes part of the Autograph Collection, Marriott Bonvoy members will be able to book stays through Marriott.com. Guests will also be able to earn and redeem Marriott Bonvoy points at The Reserve at Park MGM.

The rebranding process will conclude with the official integration into the Marriott Bonvoy system in 2026.
