Rose Cafe provides a casual ambiance with small plates like pork bao buns and shrimp toast. Founders Stephan Courseau and Daniele Garcia bring experience from NYC eateries and French-Thai dining to these concepts, with culinary director Bruno Davaillon and chefs Dicky Fung and Sotear Tep. Additionally, the group plans to open Frenchie in Dallas next year.
