Bertie’s, a seasonal food and drink offering, has launched at The Stafford London, in the heart of historic St. James’s. Located in the hotel’s secluded cobbled courtyard in Blue Ball Yard, Bertie’s will offer a menu of freshly prepared treats perfect for on-the-go indulgence, a quick health kick, or a leisurely light bite in the Capital.

In collaboration with Chef Anshu Anghotra of The Gelato Kitchen, the menu will include fresh smoothies and juices, hot drinks, crêpes, dosas, artisan gelato, and seasonal specials. Visitors will be able to enjoy smoothies such as the Blue Spirulina & Ashwaganda, with optional Pouri supplements like Collagen & Whey Protein or Creatine for an added health boost. These will sit alongside Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice and speciality teas, coffees and hot chocolates. Homemade crêpes will use the finest ingredients and include toppings of Sorrento Lemon & Sugar and Strawberry and Maple. The signature gelato options will include both classic and creative flavours such as Bronte Pistachio, Tiramisu, and Alfonso Mango, and those looking for the ultimate Bertie’s treat can opt for a crêpe and gelato bundle.

With Bertie’s launching just in time for the festive season, the first seasonal special will be Mulled Wine, offering an irresistible warming treat to be enjoyed surrounded by London’s twinkling lights.
