🏨 First Hospitality has taken over management of five hotels: Sky Rock Sedona (109 rooms, Sedona, AZ), The Steward Santa Barbara (87 suites, Santa Barbara, CA), Hotel Northland (160 rooms, Green Bay, WI), Hotel Elkhart (93 rooms, Elkhart, IN), and Le Méridien St. Louis Downtown (96 rooms, St. Louis, MO). These additions broaden First Hospitality’s footprint into new markets. The properties offer various amenities, including event spaces, dining options, and wellness programs.

🏨 In Washington, D.C., the Potomac Hotel, Autograph Collection, opened with 373 rooms, managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality. Formerly Salamander Washington DC, it offers 38,000 sq. ft. of event space, a dual-level spa, and chef Kwame Onwuachi's Afro-Caribbean restaurant, Dōgon. Acquired by Henderson Park in 2022, the hotel is near key landmarks and 15 minutes from Reagan National Airport. Marriott's Autograph Collection adds global reach, while Sheila Johnson stays a minority partner.

🏋️ Pennyhill Park, a five-star country house hotel in Surrey, will open the UK's largest Reformer Pilates studio this autumn. The bar features French aesthetics with exotic flora murals and animal reliefs, while stone and wood elements are enhanced by ambient lighting. The main room boasts a vaulted ceiling, metallic palm-leaf treatments, and an organic-shaped bench, creating an immersive experience through reflections and textures.
