🏨 Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta Northwest has completed a multi-million dollar renovation in May 2026, updating 202 suites, public spaces, and a signature restaurant near Truist Park in the Cumberland area. Suites range from 650 to 950 square feet, featuring modern amenities. The hotel offers a 3,000 square-foot event space and the Modern Provisions restaurant. The property caters to corporate and group business, emphasizing service quality for events and meetings.

🏖 Raffles Hotels & Resorts plans to open its first alpine resort, Raffles Courchevel, in Courchevel 1850, France, by the 2028 winter season. The resort will feature 50 guestrooms and suites, two restaurants, a bar, a spa, and a panoramic swimming pool. This will be Raffles' sixth European hotel, joining others in London, Paris, Warsaw, and Istanbul. Raffles Lake Como is set to open in 2027. The project is a collaboration with Art de Vivre.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts opened 24 hotels and added 65 hotels, nearly 6,000 rooms, to its Americas pipeline in Q1 2026, with signings up over 30% year-over-year. The U.S., Central America, the Caribbean, and Canada drove RevPAR growth. Notable expansions include 23 Holiday Inn signings, Atwell Suites debut in Puerto Rico, and voco Hotels opening in Times Square. IHG's Americas system has 4,600+ open hotels and 1,100 in the pipeline.

🏨 Leonardo Hotel Group to open The Manor Amsterdam in the Amsterdam-Oost district on June 9, 2026. Originally built in 1891, the hotel has 125 rooms starting at £163 per night. Pepe Nero restaurant and bar, opened April 3, features an Italian menu. Breakfast is £25. Guest parking costs €37.50 per night. Leonardo operates over 300 hotels in Europe, including 28 in the Benelux region.

📅 In 2028, Marriott International plans to expand its luxury portfolio in Lima, Peru, by converting two hotels. The JW Marriott Hotel Lima will transform into The Ritz-Carlton, Lima, and The Westin Lima Hotel & Convention Center will become JW Marriott Hotel Lima. This marks the second Ritz-Carlton in South America, highlighting Lima’s growing appeal in luxury travel. The new JW Marriott will enhance Paseo Begonias as a mixed-use destination, boosting Marriott's luxury presence in Peru.

🏖 Kerzner International plans to open One&Only in Courchevel, the French Alps, in 2030. Located at Courchevel 1850 on the historic Courcheneige Hotel site, it will offer ski-in/ski-out access to the Bellecôte slope. The resort will feature guest rooms, suites, restaurants, bars, wellness facilities, event spaces, and private residences. Kerzner aims to enhance luxury hospitality in Courchevel’s exclusive market, continuing their global expansion following their Montana opening. Further details will be announced soon.
