This $450 million project includes 417 luxury residences, 12 private villas, and a 240-key luxury hotel. The first residential tower is set to open in May 2027. The development will feature The Mangrove Club with various amenities, enhancing Jamaica’s luxury hospitality sector and positioning Montego Bay as a premier Caribbean destination.

Planters Inn in Charleston Announces Comprehensive Renovation, Scheduled for Completion by January 2027

The Peninsula Grill, led by Executive Chef John Ondo, will start its refresh in late August, focusing on seasonal dishes. Renovations will occur in two phases.
