Last week in London was nothing short of extraordinary. From January 15th to 17th, we hosted a series of activities that united industry leaders and emerging talents, fostering collaboration and innovation, with over 300 + people in attendance over the 3 days. Some joined only for the workshop on Wednesday, others joined just for the roundtables on Friday, but the big majority joined us for the conference on Thursday too. The feedback we have received is just outstanding! Thank you!
Wednesday, January 15th: MICE Workshop, Talent Roundtable, CRME Workshop including global exam, Board of Directors meeting followed by the Leadership Day
We began with a workshop on MICE and a Senior Talent Executive Roundtable in the morning, followed by the CRME Pre-Workshop (including the global exam) and a HSMAI Europe Board of Directors Meeting. The day concluded with Leadership Day, blending senior leaders with less experienced ones as well as young talent to spark diverse perspectives. This inclusive approach encouraged learning and innovation, outlining the importance of investing in tomorrow’s leaders.
Thursday, January 16th: A Successful Commercial Strategy Conference + HSMAI Awards Europe
We are extremely happy to say that the Commercial Strategy Conference was fully booked, showcasing growing interest in collaborative industry approaches. The evening celebrated excellence at the HSMAI Awards Europe.

Friday, January 17th: Insightful Roundtables
Our final day featured focused discussions, including the Senior Revenue & Commercial Executive Roundtable on The Future of MICE Data, and the Senior Distribution Roundtable on the Impact of the Digital Markets Act, held in collaboration with 123compare.me. These sessions provided actionable insights for navigating industry challenges.
