HotelTime and GuestRevu integrate to make hoteliers’ lives easier

GuestRevu’s latest integration with HotelTime Solutions brings our award-winning guest feedback and online reputation management tools together with HotelTime’s cloud-based property management system (PMS). This partnership is designed to help hoteliers enhance guest experiences and streamline their operations by making it easier to collect guest feedback and making this feedback data more accessible and actionable.

For over 20 years, HotelTime Solutions has provided innovative cloud-based hospitality management software, offering powerful tools for multi-property management, reporting, and seamless integrations. By integrating with GuestRevu, hoteliers using HotelTime PMS can now automatically collect guest feedback, gain valuable insights, and make data-driven improvements to their services.

This integration enables guest data from HotelTime’s PMS to be automatically shared with GuestRevu. After check-out, guests receive personalised emails inviting them to provide feedback via customised surveys and share their experiences on online review platforms. By streamlining this process, hoteliers can build stronger relationships with their guests, improve their online reputation, and ultimately drive more direct bookings.
