Grupo Piñero’s New Boutique Hotel in El Terreno

Grupo Piñero’s new boutique hotel in El Terreno, will seamlessly blend heritage restoration with modern sustainable design.

The property, a historic 1932 heritage-listed building, will be lovingly restored to showcase its original features and architectural charm, while the newly constructed wing will incorporate eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient design, a true new meets old story.

Located on Joan Miró Street, the property will consist of two interconnected buildings with 40 rooms available. The boutique nature of the hotel means it will offer a luxurious yet intimate experience, with carefully curated spaces that celebrate local art, culture, and gastronomy.

A fundamental value of the Grupo Piñero’s work with this new hotel is to showcase local artisans and suppliers, and so the essence of El Terreno and its community is woven into the property through carefully curated art and design elements.

Furthermore, the hotel will act as an open space for its neighbours with gastronomic and cultural activities, which Grupo Piñero hopes will serve to promote deseasonalisation in the destination. The hotel is set to open between the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026.
