Italian based global luxury truffle brand La Rustichella is set to launch a new line of 100% certified organic truffle products to add to its extensive portfolio, in direct response to the growing interest in organic food – a sector delivering consistent growth and valued at £3.2 billion, despite the global political and economic turmoil and a cost-of-living crisis.

The company, a leading force in the international luxury truffle market with a turnover of €15M, is combining its passion for quality with a deep respect for nature to deliver a premium product range using meticulously sourced organic ingredients from a sustainable supply chain.

The new range represents completely natural, certified products that both respect the environment and deliver intense flavour.

La Rustichella was launched in 1986 by Sergio Brugnoli and his wife Maria. The company was set up to enable the Italian couple to share their passion for truffles (sourced in Italy) with other markets especially the USA and Asia – with La Rustichella now rapidly expanding its presence in Europe and the UK. The new organic product range includes:

Organic Truffle Oils – available in white truffle and black truffle varieties.

Made with organic extra virgin truffle oil and truffle aroma to create a premium condiment for every dish, ideal for pasta, carpaccio, eggs, cheese and bruschetta.

Organic Truffle Paté -available in two varieties:

  • Black Truffle Paté – made with organic extra virgin olive oil, summer black truffle and truffle aroma. Intense, aromatic and a perfect pairing with pasta, risottos, eggs and gourmet crostini.
  • White Truffle Paté – made with organic extra virgin olive oil, white bianchetto truffle and truffle aroma to deliver delicate and enveloping flavour. Ideal for meats, cheese, bruschetta and creamy sauces.
  • Organic Truffle Carpaccio – a refined and ready to use condiment created using certified organic truffle. Thin slices of black truffle preserved in organic extra virgin olive oil. Enhances pasta, meat, fish, cheese, eggs and bruschetta.

La Rustichella’s wide range of prestigious products are the choice luxury culinary ingredient for chefs operating in the restaurant, hotel and exclusive out of home dining sector. In addition, the brand’s exceptional quality truffle-based goods are ideally placed as a gift or gastronomic treat for food connoisseurs.

La Rustichella’s new organic range made its UK debut this week at Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC) – part of the IFE Event at Excel London, 17-19 March 2025. Stand H459.

Commenting on the launch at HRC, La Rustichella owner, Rita Brugnoli, says, “We are excited to showcase the new organic addition to our extensive portfolio of products which have remained the truffle brand sought out by chefs around the globe for the last 39 years. We will be proudly presenting the new line at HRC. Our in-house Chef Andrea will be demonstrating a variety of truffle dishes throughout the show to showcase the versatility of the range and encourage usage of our products which have been specifically developed as a specialist premium ingredient for chefs whose clientele represents the more discerning diner.”
