Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center announces the upcoming debut of its new Sky Garden floor, set to open in December 2025. Designed by the renowned firm 1508 London, this transformative project introduces a completely reimagined experience that builds on the Hotel’s prestigious positioning as a beacon of luxury in the city. The Sky Garden floor honours the Hotel’s original vision of Norman Foster’s iconic architectural elements with bespoke design details to create an intimate, residential-style experience for guests.

Located on the Hotel’s 45th level, the Sky Garden floor will feature a mix of accommodations: four standard guestrooms, two one-bedroom suites, one two-bedroom suite, and a two-bedroom penthouse. Local artistic expressions and a sophisticated color palette enhance the sweeping city views, while soft geometric patterns, natural wood paneling, and heritage-inspired artwork extend the ambiance into the lobby and communal areas. Throughout the design, 1508 London employs thoughtful materials—such as glazed walls and mirrored ceilings—to create a seamless connection between the interior and cityscape.

A standout feature of both the two-bedroom Sky Terrace Suite and the Sky Terrace Penthouse is exclusive access to private outdoor spaces. Designed with extended stays in mind, these accommodations offer residential-style amenities such as a butler’s pantry and expansive kitchen, in-suite washer and dryer, and a spacious living room ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. The Sky Terrace Penthouse further elevates the experience with the added benefit of a private gym, offering guests the ultimate in privacy and wellness. Additionally, a meticulously curated wine cellar, overseen by Food and Beverage Director Damien Beguin, presents an impressive selection of fine wines, with the opportunity to indulge in personalized tasting moments.

Guests of the Sky Garden floor will have access to a selection of unique experiences and amenities, including in-suite services, access to local sports, art, and entertainment events, and collaborations with leading names in fashion, wellness, and design. These amenities will immerse guests in a world of rare privileges designed to complement the suites’ refined aesthetic and exclusivity. Furthermore, guests will enjoy personalized services, including access to the floor’s spa treatment room, and a range of custom offerings crafted to ensure their stay is nothing short of extraordinary.

Recognized as one of the most celebrated properties within the Four Seasons portfolio, Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia has been regarded as a flagship for the brand’s urban division since it opened in 2019. Renowned for its unparalleled service, innovative design, and exceptional culinary offerings, the Hotel has consistently earned acclaim from prestigious publications and discerning travelers worldwide. The introduction of the Sky Garden floor is a testament to the Hotel’s ongoing commitment to redefine urban elegance, further elevating this already iconic destination with a bold new chapter of world-class luxury.

Reservations for the Sky Garden floor will open in late summer. For more information about the new Penthouse and Signature Suites, please visit fourseasons.com/Philadelphia.
