A brand-new luxury hospitality podcast series has now launched in May 2025.

Finding inspiration from the inspirational. Jupiter Humphrey-Bishop, a luxury hospitality professional, crafts together some of the most inspirational minds in the luxury hospitality industry with her latest project ‘The Power of Hospitality Podcast’. Interviewing some of the industry’s most inspirational and influential professionals, the podcast explores the artistry of the industry looking at the elegance of luxury hospitality, five-star guest experiences, refined service and showcases a variety of different roles the industry can provide.

For each episode she interviews a different guest in the studio, exploring their career journey and what led them to their success while delving into the mindset and emotional intelligence behind working in the industry. The focus being inspiration. Inspiration to inspire the listeners and to influence the listeners to explore the luxury hospitality industry further.

PODCAST GUESTS

Jupiter interviews top guests in a variety of the industry’s roles, from a luxury wedding and event planner, an award winning mixologist, a five-star hotel butler, a head concierge and author who has featured in the New York Times and a TEDX talk, a luxury champagne brand key account manager and brand ambassadors for one of the most well-known champagne brands in the world and a hospitality business owner and public speaker.

Jupiter commented: “It has been thrilling interviewing the guests and hearing their unique stories and journeys to where they are today, each a real inspiration. The purpose of the project is really to share that inspiration with others in order to help inspire people to explore the depths of the industry and its endless possibilities and career paths that it has to offer. It’s been such an exciting and fulfilling journey filming and creating this over the last few months in the studio, and I truly hope it can shine a light on the brilliance of the luxury hospitality industry.”

INDUSTRY INSPIRATION

Guests have in common a drive for success, powerful mindsets that are determined to self-develop and strive for the industry with passion towards making guest experience impeccable. The podcast’s guests not only come from a hospitality background but also have started their journey working for production companies, media companies and had acting as a part of their careers. Exploring this link further, Jupiter aims to understand how closely linked the world of hospitality and the world of theatre are so interwind.

Jupiter quoted “Hospitality service is sometimes like going on stage, it’s almost a carefully crafted performance. It is not just about skill, but about show.”

Over six weeks, Jupiter will interview six different guests discovering the world of hospitality. Explore the industry from professionals in all different career corners, and just perhaps, you too will find inspiration from the inspirational.

This project follows on from last year’s 2024 Discovering Hospitality Blog where editor Jupiter Humphrey-Bishop explored some of London’s top luxury restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

The Podcast series will launch on Youtube, Spotify and Jupiterluxuryhospitality.com
