About Holiday Inn Cleveland-Mayfield

Tucked just outside downtown Cleveland, Holiday Inn Cleveland-Mayfield serves both corporate and leisure travelers with modern amenities, a full-service restaurant, and event space. To keep the hotel competitive and agile, Austin J. Dunn III, General Manager, turned to Lighthouse’s Revenue Strategy Service (RSS) to replace a less intuitive brand RMS. The goal? More accurate forecasting, smarter pricing, and stronger support.
