This familiarity also enables properties to extend the device’s use beyond guest-facing roles. Back-of-house applications such as microlearning and team engagement tools become accessible on a single device, supporting both operational efficiency and staff retention. We have to do everything possible to attract and retain talent, Christine notes. This gives team members the tools they need to elevate the guest experience – and take ownership of it.
