It is a beautifully renovated building of luxury apartments available for short and mid-term rentals in the 8th arrondissement, Paris.
The expansion stems from onefinestay’s experience in mid-term stays in New York where bookings in 2024 were 30% higher than 2023, coupled with growing demand in Paris – so far this year, mid-term bookings are up 300% compared to the same time last year. And, searches of one to two month stays account for 64% of the total mid-term rental enquiries in Paris demonstrating demand beyond short-term homes. The Élysée Collection significantly expands the brand’s portfolio, and offers more flexibility as onefinestay has full control of the apartments’ availability.
Comprising nine apartments across five floors, this new venture brings together the best of both brands at a time when there is a growing demand for mid-term stays (30+ nights) in the city. Herrmann has renovated the apartments to an impeccable standard and onefinestay will have exclusive availability to offer the apartments to its guests.
The Élysée Collection ranges from a studio through to an expansive two-bedroom duplex; six apartments are available for mid-term stays and a further three apartments are for short stays (3-29 nights). Herrmann has embraced the original features of the building with its classic Haussmann style of high ceilings and tall windows while modernising it to the high standard that discerning travellers would expect. Led by interior design agency Iconique Design, the apartments boast bespoke kitchens with high-end appliances, custom-made fittings, smart technology and air-conditioning. Their approach brings luxury, comfort and environmental responsibility together. Each apartment features smart air conditioning systems to avoid unnecessary energy use and LED lighting. As part of every booking, onefinestay offers a bespoke service, tailored to each guest. After a booking is arranged, the concierge team works to make it an effortless and enjoyable stay. On arrival, guests are welcomed at the door to show them around the apartment; and throughout the stay, the team remains on hand 24/7 for support. Housekeeping is also included with the beds freshly made using the finest sheets and linens and there are toiletries in the bathrooms. The concierge team can also add tailored services and experiences to the trip – from a grocery delivery or airport transfer, to childcare or private patisserie class without leaving the home.
