The biggest little city in world has now added a new hotel.
Sandpiper has announced the formal opening of ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham in Reno, Nev., which began welcoming guests in mid-July. The new-build property is the second ECHO Suites hotel in Sandpiper’s portfolio.
ECHO Suites is an extended-stay hotel brand within the Wyndham portfolio and designed to offer a standardized product for longer-term stays, focusing on consistency in its development model.
“Our team at Sandpiper has delivered a beautiful property in a great location. The response from our customers, after only one month, has been fantastic. We couldn’t be happier with our relationship with Wyndham and the value we are creating for customers together,” said Carter Rise, founder and CEO of The Sandpiper Companies.
The opening of this hotel increases Sandpiper’s owned portfolio, which now includes 41 properties across eight brands in 12 states. It also manages some 70 hotels in the U.S.
Sandpiper, through its ownership and its management arm, has built a network that combines hotel development, property ownership.
