Large capacity
The site comprises 185 apartments spread over 17 floors. Each apartment, measuring approximately 30 m², is equipped with a kitchenette. Four categories are available, suitable for both short and long stays.
The interior design combines burgundy and camel tones with touches of blue, complemented by lamps and artwork by Verner Panton. On the ground floor, an open lounge and co-working space are available for working or relaxing.
A digital-focused experience
As in the brand’s other establishments, the entire stay is managed digitally. Check-in, check-out and room access are all done via smartphone using a PIN code. Digital customer service is also available around the clock.
A central location
Located at Lübeckertordamm 2, close to the central station and Lake Alster, the establishment enjoys a dynamic environment. The neighbourhood offers numerous restaurants, cafés and cultural activities, accessible on foot or by public transport.
This new opening reflects the group’s dynamism, following the announcement of the inauguration of its first property in Brighton in the United Kingdom. Numa intends to continue this expansion and has appointed five new managing directors across Europe to achieve this.
