Emerging Travel Group (ETG), a global travel company operating the RateHawk, ZenHotels, and Roundtrip brands, has partnered with Simple Booking, one of the leading international CRS providers, used by more than 7,500 hoteliers worldwide. Through this collaboration, ETG is integrating with the company’s channel manager to connect more properties across Europe, especially in Italy, as well as in South America, Asia, and Australia, while offering them global distribution via both B2B and B2C platforms.

Hoteliers using Simple Booking CRS can now more easily access Emerging Travel Group’s extensive global customer base, which includes over 20 million guests monthly and more than 100,000 travel professionals and tour operators worldwide connected to ETG’s B2B platform RateHawk. Additionally, ETG secures distribution across 20,000 corporate clients.

Using the Simple Booking channel manager, property owners can seamlessly update rates, availability, and reservations across Emerging Travel Group platforms, saving time and minimizing the risk of manual mistakes.

Italy remains one of our priority markets and a top destination for our travelers, with bookings up 25% year on year. Expanding our network of direct hotel partnerships here is a central part of our global strategy. Over the past year, the number of directly connected properties in Italy has grown by 60% – a result driven by the strength of our local team. Our collaboration with Simple Booking will make it even easier for hotels to join ETG, extend their distribution, and reach our diverse customer base while benefiting from our technology and marketing solutions. Simone Large, Head of Direct Supply at Emerging Travel Group

We are delighted to announce the integration of Emerging Travel Group as a new distribution channel incorporated within the Simple Booking CRS. This new collaboration allows our hotel partners to leverage ETG’s services as part of their sales strategy, directly from our platform. Our goal has always been to offer hoteliers the widest range of options, along with simple, high-performance technology. This integration gives our clients an additional opportunity to increase visibility, expand their market, and generate extra bookings, while maintaining full control over rates and availability. With Simple Booking, Emerging Travel Group partners can now easily manage their distribution, streamlining processes, saving time, and focusing on maximizing revenue. Sergio Farinelli, CEO and Founder of QNT Simple Booking

Emerging Travel Group has been scaling its direct supply strategy since 2023. As of August 2025, the number of directly connected accommodations has reached 220,000 listings, which is a year-over-year increase of 40%. In total, the company provides its customers and partners with access to 2.9 million accommodations, aggregated from direct connections and more than 330 wholesalers and DMCs. In 2024, Emerging Travel Group achieved a gross transaction value of $3.7 billion.
