Hyatt has launched the Hyatt Asia Pacific Meetings & Events Alliance, which aims to simplify large-scale, multi-city event planning across the region. This program is designed to offer corporate planners a centralized, efficient approach to managing events at multiple Hyatt properties across Asia Pacific.

The initiative follows the success of Hyatt’s existing alliances in the U.S., including the Hyatt Convention Alliance, Hyatt Wellness Alliance and Hyatt Resort Alliance.

Initially, the Asia Pacific program will include nine Hyatt properties in key business and convention destinations such as Bali, Bangkok, Singapore and more.

What the Alliance Offers

Corporate planners using the Hyatt Asia Pacific Meetings & Events Alliance will gain access to:

  • Dedicated centralized support: Alliance representatives will work together across properties to simplify negotiation and planning.
  • Customized packages and incentives, which may include:
  • Complimentary suite upgrades
  • VIP club lounge access
  • Exclusive wellness and spa packages
  • Special F&B offers
  • Up to triple World of Hyatt points for multi-event bookings

“The strength of the Hyatt Asia Pacific Meetings and Events Alliance lies in our exceptional network of hotels strategically located across the region, supported by dedicated and experienced Event Planning Managers who collaborate closely,” said Kate Atkinson, vice president of global sales, Hyatt Sales Force, Asia Pacific. “Seamless communication and collaboration allow our teams to anticipate planner needs and maintain consistency, enabling flawless experience at their events at participating hotels.”

  • Grand Hyatt Singapore – Over 5,100 square meters of flexible event space
  • Hyatt Regency Sydney – Australia’s largest upscale hotel with 23 event spaces totaling 4,000 square meters
  • Grand Hyatt Taipei – 850 rooms and 13 meeting spaces
  • Grand Hyatt Hong Kong – 21 event spaces, including one of Hong Kong’s largest ballrooms
  • Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok – 3,330 square meters of space across 14 venues
  • Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur – 13 meeting rooms spanning 4,215 square meters
  • Grand Hyatt Manila – 2,281 square meters of event space, including a pillar-less ballroom
  • Grand Hyatt Incheon – 26 venues covering 4,566 square meters near Incheon International Airport

“What truly stands out to me when working with Hyatt is how seamlessly its properties across the Asia Pacific region collaborate to deliver creative solutions that prioritize the client’s needs,” said Trina Butler, senior director, global accounts at HelmsBriscoe. “The Hyatt sales teams, particularly within the Asia Pacific Meetings and Events Alliance, have deep knowledge of each property and maintain strong relationships, ensuring a smooth process for internal referrals and providing clients like me with a variety of exceptional options and benefits.”

Hyatt’s overall global portfolio includes more than 1,400 hotels and all-inclusive properties in 79 countries.
