Its multi-source content platform now includes Iberia’s NDC offers

Sabre has revealed it now has Iberia’s NDC content activated within its GDS. 

The airline and travel technology firm duo are reinforcing its shared commitment to advancing travel retailing through NDC.

“Activating our NDC connection within Sabre’s global travel marketplace marks an important milestone in Iberia’s evolving distribution strategy,” said Celia Muñoz Espín, commercial strategy and distribution director at Iberia. 

“By leveraging Sabre’s extensive network and NDC capabilities, we are able to deliver even greater value and service through access to our NDC products and fares for travellers around the world.” 

Travellers now have greater flexibility of options for Iberia fares and Sabre connected agencies now have access to these fares.

“We are delighted to welcome Iberia to the growing list of airlines activating NDC through Sabre,” said Kathy Morgan, senior vice president of product management – distribution experience of Sabre Travel Solutions. 

“We are wholly focused on making NDC work at scale – integrating it seamlessly into agency workflows so that airlines can distribute richer, more personalised offers, while ensuring agencies can easily shop, book and service that content. 

“Partnering with Iberia strengthens our multi-source content platform, delivering greater choice and value across the travel ecosystem.”
