This award recognises brands that have demonstrated a bold and innovative vision in the creation or transformation of their concepts, bringing a new approach to the customer experience.

Whether it’s new space configurations, the integration of technology or unique service propositions, this award recognises brands that have real potential to revolutionise the hotel industry and offer a better quality of service.

Innovative and disruptive brand concepts

Winner 2024 – L’Escale Royale

L’Escale Royale

L’Escale Royale is redefining luxury accommodation with a concept of floating suites combining elegance, sustainability and technology. Founded by the Dumont brothers, the brand offers immersive experiences in nature through modern suites made from 98% sustainable and recyclable materials. Suites are equipped with premium amenities such as whirlpool tubs and rooftop saunas, while incorporating renewable energy solutions and reversible structures to preserve the environment.

The L’Escale Royale concept is also built on a cutting-edge digital customer experience, offering online check-ins, personalised stays and after-sales support. In just a few years, the brand has extended its offering to 18 suites in France and plans to expand internationally, with a target of 1,000 suites by 2028. L’Escale Royale demonstrates how luxury and sustainability can be perfectly combined to offer an unrivalled experience.

Finalist 2024 – Kopster Hotels

Kopster Hotels

Kopster Hotels, an urban chic 4-star concept, stands out for its innovative approach to hospitality, offering personalised stays in original spaces that inspire a sense of “home”. Created by the Lavorel Hotels group, the brand focuses on bold designs and spaces that reflect the personality of each guest, incorporating natural elements, vibrant colours and unique objects that tell stories.

Kopster also stands out for its commitment to sustainability, with Green Key certifications and eco-responsible initiatives such as the reuse of towels and the distribution of recycled soap. The concept creates a welcoming and friendly environment, where customers feel at home while enjoying a warm and original atmosphere. With establishments in Lyon, Colombes and soon Paris, Kopster appeals to an urban clientele looking for comfort, innovation and authenticity.

Candidate 2024 – B&B HOME

B&B Home

The B&B HOME concept, launched by B&B HOTELS in 2024, transforms the traditional hotel industry with an inclusive and sustainable approach. This long-stay concept, located in Saint-Ouen, combines modern services and community spaces, offering guests an experience that is closer to ‘home’. The rooms, 31 of which are equipped with kitchenettes, and communal areas such as the shared kitchen and bar create a dynamic and welcoming environment.

The concept has a strong local and social dimension, with partnerships with organisations such as Meet My Mama and Café Joyeux to support social initiatives. The commitment to sustainability is evident in the use of eco-friendly materials, the reduction of single-use plastics and the promotion of local and organic produce. B&B HOME represents a new vision of hospitality, combining comfort, sustainability and social responsibility, and is already preparing to expand to other locations, reinforcing its role as a pioneer in the industry.

Why enter the competition in 2025?

Entering this category is an opportunity to showcase a concept that redefines the standards of modern hospitality.
