INDIA – Hilton (NYSE: HLT), Asia’s fastest-growing hospitality company, has once again been recognized as India’s #1 Company to Work For by Great Place to Work. This marks the third consecutive year Hilton has achieved this honor, making it the only hospitality company in India to achieve this distinction. It reflects the company’s consistent leadership in fostering a culture of purpose, wellbeing, inclusion and growth.

Great Place to Work® is a globally renowned research and consulting firm that evaluates and certifies companies based on their workplace culture. This recognition is a result of a rigorous evaluation process which surveyed nearly 1,900 organisations across various industries in India. The assessment is based on two key components: Trust Index™ Survey and Culture Audit™, a deep dive into policies and people practices fostering a culture of innovation and care. Hilton’s consistent top ranking is a testament to its people-first culture, industry-leading learning and caregiving programs, and a strong sense of pride shared among its nearly 4,200 team members in India.

Zubin Saxena, senior vice president and regional head, Hilton, South Asia said, “Being recognised as India’s #1 workplace for a third consecutive year is a profound honor. It reaffirms Hilton’s long-held belief that strong, purpose-led culture is at the heart of everything we do. This recognition is a reflection of the passion and commitment our people bring to work every day, making Hilton not only an exceptional place to work, but also to belong and grow.”

Sabu Raghavan, vice president, human resources, Hilton, South Asia said, “Behind this continued recognition is a deliberate people strategy focused on enabling every team member to thrive. Over the years, we have built structured yet flexible practices that support individual growth needs while maintaining a collective sense of purpose. Whether it’s how we hire, support wellbeing of our team members, or invest in their development, every initiative is built to make them feel valued and inspired to perform their best.”

Hilton India’s consistent recognition as a Great Place to Work® stems from its unwavering commitment to helping people thrive—personally and professionally. The company drives this through a strong ecosystem of recognition, inclusion, flexibility, well-being and growth.

From signature recognition programs like the CEO Light & Warmth Award, Hospitality Heroes and Thrive Sabbatical, to dedicated appreciation initiatives such as Team Member Appreciation Week or International Housekeeping Week, Hilton ensures that its team members feel seen and celebrated. On the growth front, Hilton offers robust wellbeing and learning platforms like Thrive@Hilton, a holistic value proposition designed to enable employees to thrive in mind, body, and spirit. Similarly, programs such as Lead@Hilton, and Hilton University offer leadership development, including virtual development programs, ensuring team members are empowered to lead and grow. Hilton’s strong focus on mental health and flexibility is reflected in programs like Care for All, an industry-leading caregiving initiative designed to support team members and their loved ones on their caregiving journeys, as well as Intellect, an industry-leading mobile application that provides mental health support. The “It’s OK” flexibility campaign champions workplace flexibility and striking balance between personal and workplace accomplishments—creating a truly supportive environment.

Together, these integrated efforts reflect Hilton India’s dedication to building a supportive and welcoming culture—earning it the reputation as a truly great place to work, year after year. This recognition adds to Hilton’s global momentum as Hilton has earned top rankings as a Great Place to Work in 2025 across the U.S., Bahrain, Peru and Kuwait, with strong placements in Ireland as well as in Japan, Vietnam, Philippines, Korea and was recently named the No. 1 World’s Best Hospitality Workplace and No. Best Place to Work in the U.S. by Great Place to Work® and Fortune, and the Best Workplace for Women in China.
