This move is part of NUMA’s broader strategy to increase its footprint in the UK, with future targets in cities such as London, Manchester, Bristol, Belfast, Edinburgh, and Glasgow.

Following the opening of its first UK location in London’s Bloomsbury in 2024, Numa is positioning itself to capitalize on the growing demand for digital-first accommodations. As with its other properties, the Brighton aparthotel will offer a fully digital guest experience, allowing for self-service check-ins and 24/7 online reception support.

“Brighton, with its vibrant cultural scene and coastal charm, is a perfect fit for Numa’s innovative hospitality model. As a favourite destination for both domestic and international travellers, Brighton strengthens our footprint in the UK and demonstrates our commitment to bringing modern, digital-first accommodations to the country’s most exciting locations.” – Philipp Rohweder, Senior Advisor for Real Estate at Numa Group

This expansion follows NUMA’s acquisition of Native Places, a UK-based aparthotel and serviced apartment brand, in 2024, further solidifying its growth strategy in the region.

With a presence in 36 cities across 15 countries, including major European destinations like Berlin, Paris, and Madrid, Numa Group aims to continue broadening its reach within key UK urban markets. This can also be confirmed by the opening of NUMA Bloom in London, in partnership with New World Hospitality Group.
