Valor Hospitality Partners, a full-service global hospitality company, is proud to announce its official expansion into the Caribbean market through a strategic partnership with Cove Bay Developments. The collaboration marks Valor’s first Caribbean venture and includes the management of Plymouth Peninsula Tobago, a flagship luxury destination set to open on Tobago’s breathtaking northern coast in 2027.

Designed and developed by Cove Bay Developments, under the creative leadership of UK-based architect Herman Morgan, the development will showcase the firm’s signature fusion of modern, progressive Caribbean architecture and sustainable design excellence.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Valor Hospitality as our operational partner for the Plymouth Peninsula Development,” said Herman Morgan, Founder of Cove Bay Developments. “Their global track record and commitment to excellence make them the ideal steward for this one-of-a-kind property. Together, we aim to set a new benchmark for luxury, culture, and sustainability in Tobago.”

This major step forward for Valor is part of a broader pipeline of projects currently in development across the region, underscoring the Caribbean as a high-priority growth market for the company. Plymouth Peninsula Tobago will serve as a showcase for Valor’s expertise in new build luxury and lifestyle hospitality, with a focus on sustainable resort design and deep local integration.

“We are honored to be entrusted with managing the Plymouth Peninsula Development,” said Dwayne Marshall, Chief Development Officer – Americas of Valor Hospitality Partners. “As we grow our presence in the Caribbean, we remain committed to creating distinctive, immersive luxury experiences in extraordinary destinations. The Plymouth Peninsula Development offers a perfect opportunity to deliver a truly iconic offering in a remarkable location.”

Plymouth Peninsula Tobago will feature a collection of luxury apartments available for purchase with managed rental opportunities for owners, alongside a range of immersive hospitality offerings. Valor’s award-winning food and beverage arm, SAVOR, will curate destination-worthy dining concepts, including signature restaurants and a beach club designed to reflect the flavors and spirit of the island. Wellness experiences, curated guest services and thoughtful programming rooted in Tobago’s cultural identity will round out the development’s offerings.

The development will prioritize sustainable practices, local hiring and long-term community impact – aligning closely with the goals of the Tobago Tourism Board, where Cove Bay Development’s leadership has played a supportive role. With this in mind, Plymouth Peninsula is poised to become a landmark destination in Tobago and a new standard for luxury travel in the Caribbean. It signals the beginning of a long-term investment by Valor Hospitality Partners in the region.
