Philippine luxury beachfront resort streamlines dining, spa, and events operations with enterprise-grade cloud POS technology.

SINGAPORE, October 23rd, 2025 – Shiji, the global hospitality technology leader, today announced that South Palms Resort & Spa Panglao, part of the MGallery Collection, has gone live with Infrasys Cloud POS, redefining how the resort manages service across its restaurants, bars, spa, and leisure outlets. The upgrade ensures a more seamless experience for guests staying in the resort’s 188+ rooms and villas along the pristine white sands of Bohol’s Panglao Island.

Blending MGallery’s boutique sophistication with a uniquely Filipino sense of place, South Palms features two dining venues, the signature Sirenna bar, a full-service spa, Aya’s Jungle Kid’s Club, banquet facilities, and extensive leisure amenities. With such a diverse offering, the resort needed a POS system capable of supporting complex, multi-outlet operations while freeing staff to focus more on personalized guest service.
