When the new St. Regis Aruba Resort set out to redefine luxury in the Caribbean, the design team at HBA needed more than just furniture. They sought a partner who could translate a vision of elevated, island-inspired sophistication into custom furnishings that would endure the rigors of hospitality while captivating guests from the moment they arrived. That’s where Bernhardt Hospitality stepped in.

Custom Capabilities in Action

Bernhardt Hospitality’s collaboration on the St. Regis Aruba is a showcase of its end-to-end custom capabilities. Every detail—from refined casegoods in guestrooms to bespoke seating in public spaces and tailored outdoor pieces—was designed and manufactured exclusively for the property. Working closely with the designers, the team provided creative and technical solutions that ensured every item struck the right balance of form, function, and durability.

Guestroom Casegoods

The 252 guestrooms required a calm, luxurious aesthetic that feels both contemporary and true to the island. Bernhardt Hospitality crafted custom casegoods that pair clean, modern lines with warm wood tones and subtle textural details.

Each piece was engineered for hospitality use, with hidden functionality and finishes designed to withstand years of guest interaction without sacrificing beauty.

Signature Seating

From the lobby to the restaurants, custom seating became the centerpiece of guest comfort.

Lounge chairs, banquettes, and bar stools were all tailored to the property’s specific dimensions, fabrics, and finishes. The result: furniture that doesn’t just fill a space, but elevates it, inviting guests to linger, connect, and relax.

Outdoor Elegance

In Aruba, outdoor spaces are as important as interiors. Bernhardt Hospitality created weather-resistant seating and dining collections designed to complement the oceanfront backdrop. Each piece was crafted using performance materials that offer durability against sun, salt, and sand, while maintaining a high-end aesthetic that aligns with the St. Regis brand.

The Bernhardt Difference

For more than 135 years, Bernhardt has been a leader in craftsmanship, innovation, and partnership. At the St. Regis Aruba, Bernhardt Hospitality’s ability to provide truly custom solutions without compromising on scale, lead time, or quality, proved essential to bringing the design vision to life. This project demonstrates why leading hospitality brands turn to Bernhardt Hospitality when only bespoke will do.
