Opening in February 2026, The Dean Berlin marks the first launch outside of Ireland for the character-driven hospitality brand. In Charlottenburg, a district renowned for its blend of historical charm and contemporary vibrancy, the 81-room hotel – designed by Rachael Gowdridge – layers a rebellious yet refined aesthetic that reflects Berlin’s creative spirit. At its heart is Benedict, a bakery, restaurant and bar serving an international menu with a focus on breakfast and brunch favourites. Open from early morning to late evening, it’s a lively social hub for both guests and locals.

The Dean Munich
March 2026
Continuing the international expansion, The Dean Munich will open its doors in Munich’s Westend neighbourhood with 281 rooms and a bold interior vision by Tatjana von Stein that marries Art Nouveau heritage with the vibrant spirit of 1980s Munich. The hotel will feature a new concept Japanese restaurant and four distinctive bars, along with signature wellness and fitness concept POWER – including indoor pool, sauna, steam room and spa treatments. Guests will also be offered locally curated experiences that go beyond the stay.

The Dean Miami
December 2026
Completing the trio of new openings, The Dean Miami will bring the brand’s distinctive style and culture-centric hospitality to South Beach in late 2026. This launch marks The Dean Hotels’ entrée into the United States and underlines its ambition to deliver character-rich hotels in dynamic global cities.
Spanning 235 rooms, The Dean Miami will offer a vibrant mix of spaces designed for connection and discovery. Guests can enjoy the health and wellness benefits of Miami’s own iteration of POWER gym and wellness spaces, unwind by the property’s outdoor pool with poolside bar, or gather in flexible meeting rooms that facilitate creative collaboration. The hotel’s F&B offering includes a signature restaurant, a welcoming lobby bar, and a late-night speakeasy bar. An outdoor terrace event space with its own bar provides the perfect backdrop for celebrations under the Miami sky.
