New functionality enables hotels to collect payments, pre-authorizations, and cards on file directly within Daylight PMS, with no redirects or manual entry.

Berlin, Germany, November 13, 2025 – Shiji, the global hospitality technology leader, today announced the launch of a new embedded payments capability for Daylight PMS, powered by Stellaris Digital Payby. The feature enables hotel teams to send, track, and post payment requests, including pre-authorizations and cards on file, directly within a single platform.

The new functionality streamlines how hotels handle financial transactions during the reservation process, allowing staff to create and send branded payment requests directly from the Daylight PMS reservation dashboard. Designed to simplify workflows, increase operational efficiency, and enhance security, the integration benefits both hotel teams and guests by unifying payments within the core PMS environment.

“With this new feature, we’re giving hotels a faster, more reliable way to handle payments without ever leaving the PMS,” said Tatiana Ozaniakova, Senior Director at Shiji. “It’s another step in our mission to simplify technology for hoteliers by connecting essential operations into one unified ecosystem.”

Key Benefits for Hoteliers

  • End-to-end workflow from one screen: Hotel teams can now generate payment requests, pre-authorizations, or card-on-file actions directly from the Daylight PMS reservation dashboard, with no separate tools required.
  • Real-time synchronization with the guest folio: Once payment is complete, transactions are automatically posted to the folio, ensuring accuracy and saving time for reservation and finance teams.
  • Embedded, frictionless experience: Stellaris Digital Payby opens natively within Daylight PMS, providing a smooth, integrated user experience with no redirects or extra steps.
  • Secure and guest-friendly: Built with PCI DSS and 3DS PSD2 compliance, the feature supports branded, mobile-optimized payment links for a modern and seamless guest experience.
  • Designed for multiple use cases: From phone reservations requiring deposits to group booking guarantees or event pre-payments, the feature adapts to various operational needs.
  • Extensive customization on Email/SMS templates in different languages Support to collect guest’s signature
