The platform is called LXP

Travel loyalty technology solution provider iSeatz has launched a new platform to coincide with its 25th anniversary, this month.

LXP, the new platform, LXP,  is designed to increase agility, efficiency, and adaptability. 

Its API-first microservices framework allows companies to keep pace with evolving market challenges and the demands of their most discerning customers.

The firm that pioneered third-party ancillary services in the booking path with Delta in 2007 and partnered with American Express Travel in 2012, said its new platform can “easily” accommodate bespoke client back-end services, and its front-end is built for “fast and flexible deployments”.

“When you reach a milestone like 25 years, it is tempting to look back and admire what we have achieved as a company,” said Kenneth Purcell, founder and CEO of iSeatz. 

“Yes, we have done some great things, and I believe we have done them the right way, with a commitment to customer centricity, empowering our internal teams, and giving back to our communities. 

“But we would rather look ahead, as we always have. That is what the LXP launch represents: our promise that the next quarter-century of iSeatz will be just as relentlessly focused on innovation and moving our industry forward as the last.”
