The China Hospitality Technology Alliance (CHTA) successfully hosted the Future Travelers 2024 Global Conference in Shenzhen on November 1-2. The event gathered industry C level leaders, tech innovators, and experts to discuss and explore the future of travel and hospitality technology namely AI and digital transformation .
During the conference, Michael Levie, the co-founder of citizenM, was installed as the president of CHTA. Levie, being the co-founder of citizenM , known for their innovative approach to hospitality and tech, will lead the alliance in its mission to foster technology development and collaboration within the industry between East and West .
The two-day event featured keynote speeches, panel discussions, and workshops that covered a range of topics, including sustainable travel, smart hospitality solutions, and the impact of emerging technologies on the travel experience. Attendees had the opportunity to network and engage with cutting-edge solutions from exhibitors and startups.
