Situated in the heart of London’s dynamic Bankside neighbourhood, Hilton London Bankside is embracing urban wellness with a month of offerings that give guests the chance to try something new in 2025. Initiatives include free weekly HIIT exercise classes, relaxation treatments by Renew at Hilton London Bankside, alongside non-alcoholic mixology masterclasses and a mocktail flight at The Distillery Bankside. With iconic landmarks just moments away, guests can unwind and recharge after a day of sightseeing at this sanctuary amidst the bustling city.

Renew at Hilton London Bankside

Guests can kick start their January reset the right way with Renew at Hilton London Bankside. The signature Sleep Well Massage has been designed to promote restful sleep and deep relaxation, costing £120 for sixty minutes of pure serenity. Other treatments include a personalised Swedish Massage, Instant Hydration Facial and nurturing Pre-Natal Massage for expectant mothers. Renew at Hilton London Bankside is open between 10am – 6pm daily, with treatments from £110.

The Distillery Bankside invites curious drinkers to uncover the art of alcohol-free mixology with award-winning, non-alcoholic spirits brand Lyre’s. Hosting hour long masterclasses on Thursday 23rd and Wednesday 29th January at 6:30pm, where participants will learn how to create perfectly balanced serves using Lyre’s extensive range. A refreshing welcome drink will start proceedings, before guests are guided through creating two expertly crafted cocktails, alongside paired bites, costing £20 per person and bookable via this link.

As part of the month-long partnership, five classic cocktails including the Espresso Martini and Negroni have been reimagined with Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic Spirits. Available from 2nd – 31st January for £8 each or £16 for a flight of three. What better way to discover a new favourite tipple, minus the hangover.

Free Friday Workouts

At 7am every Friday in January from 10th January, hotel guests can enjoy a complimentary 45-minute invigorating HIIT circuit workout, led by a Level 3 certified trainer catering to all levels of fitness. Limited to 30 participants per session, guests are invited to book the energising experience whilst slots via the hotel’s front desk team or by emailing info@hiltonbankside.co.uk.

Health hotspot in the heart of the city

Hilton London Bankside provides a balanced blend of relaxation and exploration, guests can take advantage of the hotel’s 17-meter heated indoor pool with a relaxing swim or post-workout after a session in the state-of-the-art onsite gym.

For the ultimate wellness stay the hotel offers Peloton Rooms, complete with a Peloton Bike, hand weights, resistance bands and a yoga mat. Guests can dine on locally-sourced, seasonal dishes at either of the hotel’s two restaurants – OXBO Bankside, known for its vibrant European inspired menu, and destination bar, The Distillery Bankside.
