Four Seasons announces the appointment of Keisha Smith as Executive Vice President and Chief People and Culture Officer, effective since January 6, 2025.
This appointment marks a key milestone for the company as it continues to invest in a people-focused culture to support its strategic growth. Based at Four Seasons’ headquarters in Miami, Keisha Smith will report directly to Alejandro Reynal, the company’s President and CEO.
With over 20 years of leadership experience at major companies, Keisha Smith is a respected figure in the field of Human Resources. Her career includes leadership roles at Tory Burch, News Corp, and Morgan Stanley, where she stood out for her ability to transform organizations and strengthen employee engagement. She also brings her expertise as an Independent Director and member of the Human Capital Committee at Unity Software.
