Darling Harbour’s newest luxury hotel leverages app at hotel
Mobile ordering and hospitality digital guest experience solutions specialist IRIS has revealed its been selected by W Sydney.
The firm will provide personalised, digital ordering experience to guests and improve operational efficiencies for the hotel’s team.
The five-star hotel nestled into Darling Harbour will implement IRIS’ platfrom to give guests instant access to information on the hotel facilities and amenities, F&B menus, local weather and attractions.

Guests should have reduced wait times, and improved order accuracy with mobile ordering.
