Travel Counsellors for Business, the UK’s largest technology platform for corporate travel experts, has introduced the company’s first duty of care solution tailored to the needs of their SME clients.

The tool, powered by Travelogix, is named myTC Locate, a solution designed to provide corporate businesses with a comprehensive travel risk management solution.

It includes features such as real-time passenger tracking, instant risk alerts, on-demand access to local entry requirements, security information, interactive location maps, and daily duty of care updates.

As a client facing platform, it has been curated to give clients greater autonomy over their travel management while complementing the personalised, concierge-style service already provided by their corporate Travel Counsellor.

The solution will be integrated within Analytix, Travelogix’s data management and reporting platform.

Mel Quinn, director of corporate travel of Travel Counsellors for Business, said: “We are delighted to be strengthening our partnership with Travelogix through the launch of myTC Locate.

“This technology offers our SME clients unparalleled visibility, control, and care over their travel risks, enabling them to manage their corporate travel with greater confidence and efficiency.

“The integration of this solution further builds on our unique offering – a perfect blend of the wraparound personal support provided by our corporate Travel Counsellors, all underpinned by cutting-edge technology.”

Chris Lewis, founder and CEO of Travelogix, added: “I am thrilled to see Travel Counsellors for Business adopt this technology for their community of independent business owners.

“Since we started working with Travel Counsellors for Business, our partnership has been predicated on trust and innovation, and it fills me with immense pride to see Travelogix positioned as one of Travel Counsellors for Business key technology partners.

“A huge thanks must go to the management team at Travel Counsellors for Business, who have once again trusted the Travelogix team and the solutions we develop. We’re excited about this next chapter with the Travel Counsellors for Business team and look forward to our continued collaboration.”
