Hyatt is widening its footprint in Saudi Arabia with two new hotels in NEOM. The group will be introducing Park Hyatt and Andaz brands in Magna, the luxury coastal destination in NEOM.

Located in Jaumur, on the Gulf of Aqaba, Park Hyatt Jaumur and Andaz Jaumur Marina will be adding luxury accommodation options and offer personalized experiences. When they open in 2027, the hotels will offer a combined 350 luxury rooms and suites.

Featuring a blend of land and sea experiences and aspiring to set a new standard for luxury coastal living, Jaumur has a 300-berth marina with a cantilever that rises above super yachts and serves as a sculptural landmark. The marina promenade will offer entertainment, leisure and cultural experiences as well as a deep-sea diving research center, dedicated to deep-sea exploration.

“Jaumur is a masterpiece marina community where innovation, learning and luxury convene. Park Hyatt Jaumur and Andaz Jaumur Marina will embody our desire to redefine coastal luxury for a new generation, grounded in design and cutting-edge technology that will integrate with the stunning natural environment, these hotels will cater to our visitors’ every need,” said Jeremy Lester, executive director, Magna.

Located at the community’s epicenter, Park Hyatt Jaumur will overlook the marina. Designed as an “oasis of relaxation,” the 125-key hotel will offer entertainment, leisure and cultural experiences.

Andaz Jaumur Marina will offer 225 modern rooms and suites, which will be “a celebration of art and creativity” with a focus on personalized experiences.

The hotels will anchor Jaumur as a destination and are being developed to meet the highest standards of future livability and active lifestyles.

Part of NEOM’s regional sustainable tourism portfolio, the two properties will enhance Hyatt’s offerings in NEOM. The region in northwest Saudi Arabia on the Red Sea is being built ground up as a luxury destination, which will include cities, ports, research centers, sports and entertainment zones and tourist destinations.

Magna is one of NEOM’s new luxury coastal regions, comprising 12 destinations sitting along 12 kilometers of coastline and offering 15 luxury hotels (totaling 1,600 rooms, suites and apartments) and more than 2,500 premium residences. The sustainable destination plans to set aside 95% of the land for nature.

“The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a key market in Hyatt’s growth strategy in the Middle East and these upcoming properties in NEOM reflect our dedication to expanding our brand footprint,” said Javier Águila, group president, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Hyatt.

Both the properties will participate in Hyatt’s loyalty program, World of Hyatt, which has more than 48 million members.
