Brands can build and design trips quicker ‘than ever’ now

Travel technology specialist Nezasa has unveiled its AI-driven Planner Copilot, a brand-new feature within the TripBuilder platform.

This solution aims to boost both efficiency and revenue for travel businesses by simplifying the trip planning process, allowing brands to design and book trips more quickly “than ever”.

The AI Planner Copilot is said to “reshape” how travel professionals approach itinerary planning.

It leverages a conversational interface, users can engage with the AI using natural language, streamlining the experience.

The solution delivers highly personalised travel plans tailored to individual customer preferences, offering a powerful tool for travel brands.

Nezasa developed Planner Copilot by collaborating with customers and prospects.

The AI feature offers instant itinerary suggestions that can be customized and, most importantly, booked – setting it apart from other offerings in the industry.

This key USP not only saves time but also drives higher conversion rates by making the entire travel planning process – from design to booking – seamless.

Additionally, it integrates with existing travel planning tools that lack booking capabilities, filling a critical gap in the market.

“Planner Copilot elevates the travel planning process,” said Manuel Hilty, CEO of Nezasa.

“As AI matures, the question has shifted from when it will be ready to how it can truly add value.
