In this role, Mukesh will oversee and strengthen RateGain’s legal and compliance framework, guiding the organization through evolving regulatory landscapes and supporting its ambitious global growth.

With over two decades of experience, Mukesh brings valuable expertise from prominent companies such as PVR INOX Limited, NIIT, and Hero Motors Limited, among others, where he has led legal and compliance teams through complex regulatory and corporate governance landscapes. He is well-versed in areas including public issues, private equity investments, joint venture transactions, and managing complex mergers. In his new role, Mukesh will support RateGain by providing multi-disciplinary guidance to the Board of Directors and management on all secretarial, legal, and compliance matters across India and globally.
