Accor has announced the signing of an agreement with WinInvest LLC to open the Mercure Tsaghkadzor, a 4-star hotel located in Armenia’s premier ski and resort destination.
Scheduled to open in early 2027, the hotel will showcase Armenia’s cultural heritage through interiors inspired by its history and traditions. Positioned in Tsaghkadzor, the hotel will bolster Accor’s footprint in Armenia.
The property will feature 69 rooms, including 4 villas, and a wide range of facilities: a spa, an indoor pool, a sauna, a hammam, and a children’s area. Guests will also benefit from three on-site restaurants and conference rooms. Through its “Discover Local” initiative, the Mercure brand aims to immerse visitors in the local atmosphere and cultural richness of the region.
With more than 1,000 hotels across 65 countries and 200 additional properties under development, Mercure continues its global expansion. The Mercure Tsaghkadzor will also be part of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.
