The Standard has announced its second branded residences in the U.S. Newgard Development Group and Two Roads Development have joined hands with The Standard team to announce the launch of sales of The Standard Residences, Brickell. The project will be located at One Brickell Riverfront, a mixed-use, master-planned project in Miami’s Financial District, which will have three high-rise towers.

The Brickell residences follow The Standard’s standalone residential project in Midtown Miami.

Located on the corner of Brickell by the River, the residences will have shopping, dining, culture and entertainment in its surrounding community.

Designed by architecture firm Arquitectonica, interiors  of The Standard Residences, Brickell will be designed by GOOD.RICH in collaboration with The Standard’s in-house design team. The 45-story luxury residential building will have 422 residences ranging in size from 500-square-foot studios to 1,100-square-foot two-bedroom residences.

Residents can access the rooftop pool, beverage service and sun-care kiosk on the 45th floor. The rooftop will also have private dining summer kitchens, a club lounge and co-working spaces. On the 10th floor, residents can access a spa with infinity plunge pools, steam rooms, saunas, a fitness room, bowling alley and lounge, pet spa and a screening room. The property will also have a signature restaurant and bar on the ninth floor, a riverfront restaurant on the ground floor and concierge services.

“The opportunity to work with Newgard on this residential project was exhilarating. It continues our strategy of building residences in places we love, whether Miami, Austin, Lisbon or Phuket,” said Amar Lalvani, president and creative director of Hyatt’s lifestyle group and former executive chairman of Standard International. “We know buyers love the style and vibe of what we create and want a place where they can live, work and play simultaneously. We plan to bring The Standard brand’s vibrancy and social programming to Brickell’s rooftop and dining experiences – to a community of like-minded individuals that will call it home.”

Besides enjoying access to all the amenities at the property, home owners can also avail discounts at Standard hotels globally through the Friends With Benefits program.

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s Development Division will lead the exclusive sales and marketing for The Standard Residences, Brickell.

“Today’s buyers are looking for properties with personality and a sense of place that align with their unique lifestyles,” said Daniel de la Vega, president of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. “The Standard Residences, Brickell will have everything — a connected and walkable location, world-class amenities and a curated culture that only the Standard brand can deliver.”
