Servantrip, B2B platform for activities and transfers, has announced a global strategic partnership with Schmetterling International, a leading German travel operator, to enhance travel agency offerings across Europe.

Through this collaboration, Schmetterling International’s network of 14,000 travel agents, across 30 countries, will gain access to Servantrip’s unparalleled portfolio of curated tours, attractions, and activities.

This will see its travel agents secure access to more than 700,000 experiences, spanning 16,500 destinations in 194 countries.

This partnership also benefits Servantrip’s supplier partners, who will see reach expand through Schmetterling International’s trusted network.

Suppliers will gain access to real-time bookings from hard-to-reach markets, driving incremental growth and visibility in regions where distribution can be challenging.

The platform enables travel agents to maximise cross-selling opportunities by allowing multiple bookings within a single reservation.

Ömer Karaca, CEO of Schmetterling International, said: “This partnership with Servantrip is a game-changer for our travel agent network.

“By integrating their extensive portfolio of tours and activities into our platform, we’re giving our agents the ability to offer truly unique, high-quality experiences to their clients, enhancing the overall value of their services.

“At Schmetterling International, we are committed to innovation and empowering our agents with the best tools and products in the market,” he said.

“Collaborating with Servantrip allows us to meet the evolving needs of travelers while driving growth and success for our agent network across Europe and beyond.”

Manuel Núñez, CEO of Servantrip, added: “We are hugely excited to partner with such a well-established and passionate brand like Schmetterling International.

“This agreement not only consolidates Servantrip’s position as Europe’s leading B2B platform for tours, activities, and transfers but also empowers frontline travel agents with the tools and products needed to exceed customer expectations.

“At Servantrip, we understand the critical role that in-destination experiences play in the travel journey. Having the right tours and activities can make or break a sale for travel agents, while also transforming a trip into a memory to cherish forever when you get it right.”

He added: “This partnership ensures that agents have access to the best experiences and the tools to deliver exceptional value to their clients.”
