The new hotel will be part of a mixed-use development in the Siming District, which includes retail spaces and a 340-meter office tower, set to become the tallest building in Xiamen and Fujian Province.

The mixed-use development will also include Marriott Executive Apartments Xiamen, which will offer 144 fully furnished apartments for long-term stays.
