Park Hyatt New York, the five-star award-winning hotel located on Manhattan’s Billionaires’ Row, is pleased to announce the appointment of Vincent De Croock as Director of Sales & Marketing. With a passion for excellence and a dynamic approach to sales leadership, De Croock will focus on growing strategic accounts, cultivating key relationships and further strengthening the hotel’s reputation as a leading luxury destination. This year the flagship hotel of the Park Hyatt brand celebrates its 10th anniversary with a transformative renovation and the addition of the Manhattan Suite, a new 3,500-square-foot guestroom on the hotel’s 25th floor.

With over 15 years of experience within the Hyatt portfolio, De Croock brings extensive expertise and an impressive track record to his new role. Most recently, he worked as the Director of Sales & Marketing for Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort where he crafted innovative sales strategies, spearheaded a digital marketing transformation and planned a multi-million-dollar renovation and rebranding. Prior to that, De Croock’s hospitality career began in 2005 at Park Hyatt Madrid before moving on to Park Hyatt Washington in Washington, DC.

De Croock’s appointment comes at a pivotal time as Park Hyatt New York embarks on a landmark multi-million-dollar renovation in celebration of its 10th anniversary. This transformation includes the addition of an opulent 3,500-square-foot Manhattan Suite on the hotel’s 25th floor, the relocation of the signature Rossano Ferretti Hairspa and Spa Nalai, and upgrades to the hotel’s premier specialty suites.

“I am honored to join Park Hyatt New York at such an exciting time in its journey. I look forward to working alongside the hotel’s talented team and contributing to the continued success and growth of this iconic hotel,” said De Croock.

Located directly across the street from Carnegie Hall and one block from Central Park, the 211-room Park Hyatt New York is a five-star award-winning hotel renowned for delivering personalized experiences tailored to each guest.
