Marc & Rose Hospitality has invested in a $10 million renovation across various areas of the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa, an all-suite luxury hotel within a desert oasis.

“We are thrilled to unveil our wide-ranging renovation, a testament to our commitment to delivering our absolute best in guest experiences here at Arizona Grand Resort & Spa,” said General Manager, Paul Gray. “This transformation has enhanced many aspects of our resort, and we can’t wait for guests to enjoy these innovative features.”

The hotel’s trio of hospitality suites has undergone a stunning redesign and has been upgraded to include immersive entertainment systems, luxurious amenities, private outdoor patios, and cutting-edge appliances—notably the Samsung Airdresser Steam Closet. This innovative clothing care system includes a floor-length mirror and can deodorize, sanitize, and steam clothes in just 20 minutes.

The Mountainside Suite has been newly redecorated with larger TVs, a full-size refrigerator, and the addition of the Samsung Airdresser. The Sedona Suite has also been elegantly redesigned, showcasing new TVs, fully furnished patios, and upgraded bathroom and bedroom spaces. Finally, the Grand Suite impresses with an oversized 98″ TV and state-of-the-art surround sound in both the living room and master bedroom, easily controlled through an iPad interface. This suite also includes a Nespresso & Keurig coffee machine with fully stocked assorted flavors, alongside three beverage refrigerators, and the Samsung Airdresser. The master bathroom is a highlight, now boasting a TV embedded into the mirror. This suite offers an outdoor oasis where guests can unwind on two spacious patios, one of which is fully private, equipped with TVs and a sound system.

Meeting spaces have been substantially upgraded as well to enhance their hosting capabilities The Conference Center now sports new flooring throughout and refreshed bathrooms, along with freshly painted walls and cutting-edge technology, such as reader boards and 85″ framed TVs that double as artwork when not in use. The Porte Cochere has a newly installed sound system and registration TVs, complemented by new artwork from a local photographer. Spanning over 6,000 square feet, the Vista room has seen a tasteful transformation with new furniture. The space now includes a unique, private standalone area that offers a bar, dining room, meeting room, and outdoor terrace, all of which can be exclusively reserved by groups to provide the perfect setting for events without having to leave the resort. Outside, the Grand Lawn features lush new landscaping, creating a stunning backdrop for outdoor events.

The resort has also seen a remarkable upgrade to many of its additional public spaces, including the lobby, pools, athletic club and spa, as well as Aunt Chilada’s Tempe restaurant. The lobby has been enhanced with new furniture and a thoughtfully curated color palette, making a welcoming first impression. The Lobby Patio similarly features new furnishings, tiles, a sound system, and ambient lighting that beautifully illuminates the pond, bridge, and waterfall.
