Palladium hotel group and Gordon Ramsay restaurants partner to launch Europe’s first hell’s kitchen at the unexpected Ibiza hotel

International hotel management company Palladium Hotel Group and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants are proud to announce an exclusive partnership that brings signature restaurant Hell’s Kitchen to the newly launched The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel. The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel is the inaugural hotel location of the new luxury brand The Unexpected Hotels, inspired by the iconic Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel.

Set to open in the 2025 Summer season, Hell’s Kitchen Ibiza will be the exclusive new restaurant partner at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel following the renovation and rebranding of The Ushuaïa Tower at Playa d’en Bossa. The partnership between Palladium Hotel Group and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants highlights their mutual dedication to delivering world-class service and innovative culinary experiences, all while embracing the essence of Ibiza through vibrant entertainment, ambiance, and carefully selected ingredients.

The arrival of Hell’s Kitchen marks an extraordinary milestone for Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. Not only is this outpost the group’s introduction to Spain, but it is also the first of its kind in Europe, born with the objective of becoming a global destination and an icon within the Gordon Ramsay Restaurants portfolio. Hell’s Kitchen Ibiza follows the success of its North American predecessors including Las Vegas, Washington DC, and more recently Miami, offering the instantly recognisable aesthetics of the namesake smash-hit series, exceptional service and the most iconic and celebrated dishes from Gordon Ramsay Restaurants’ around the world.

The newly launched The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel will offer 181 fully renovated rooms and suites, innovative entertainment and well-being services located at the world-renowned Playa d’en Bossa. The hotel is managed by the Ibiza-born Palladium Hotel Group, which operates over 40 hotels and over 13,000 rooms, distributed amongst eight countries: Spain, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Italy, Brazil, the USA and the UAE.
