limehome, a major player in digitalized serviced apartments in Europe, announces its entry into the French market with two projects in the Île-de-France region. The German operator will roll out its concept in Suresnes and Versailles, with a total of 44 apartments scheduled to open in 2025.
A strategic location in Île-de-France
As part of its international expansion, limehome will deploy its model in Suresnes, on the doorstep of Paris, and in Versailles.
The first site, located in a former office building being renovated, will host 25 apartments in the fall of 2025, just minutes from La Défense and Charles de Gaulle Étoile.
The second project, in Versailles, will involve the transformation of two adjoining listed buildings into a serviced apartment hotel with 19 units, located near the Palace and the Notre-Dame Market. An antique shop will occupy the ground floor of the building.
A flexible and efficient model
limehome continues to demonstrate the relevance of its model, combining design, technology, and digitalized management. The operator, which already has more than 9,000 apartments in 150 European cities, focuses on offering flexibility, meeting the needs of real estate investors and travelers alike.
« Our launch in France is another milestone for us. In 2023, Paris registered more than 52 million overnight stays – only London can compete with that in Europe. We see great growth potential in the French hospitality market for our combination of technology, design, and a seamless digital guest experience. In France, too, we will become a strong and reliable partner to the real estate industry, effectively supporting them with our team of civil engineers, architects, and real estate experts on construction, financing, and approval issues, from conception to opening. » – Josef Vollmayr, CEO de limehome.
« France is a key market for our expansion in Europe. Our flexible and efficient operator model is a clear competitive advantage in this dynamic tourism market. We offer owners the opportunity to position existing properties and project developments for the long term and with high returns. Our two new locations in the Île-de-France region are just the beginning. In the coming years, we plan to significantly expand our offering in France. » – Daniel Hermann, Chief Growth Officer de limehome.
With these first two openings, limehome aims to establish its model in the French market, combining high-quality accommodation, optimized management, and attractiveness for investors.
