Cycas Hospitality has reinforced its expansion strategy with the appointment of Naël El Assaad as Development Director. This key addition to the in-house team underscores Cycas’ commitment to accelerating growth across its core markets.

A strong background in hospitality and real estate development

Bringing extensive expertise in hospitality and real estate development, Naël El Assaad has played a crucial role in major projects across France. His experience includes leadership positions at Knight Frank, Groupe Châteauform’, and LWS Hospitality, where he was instrumental in securing the recently signed Voco by IHG hotel in Angers.

Additionally, he has driven the expansion of CAP’ETUDES student housing over the past four years and was behind the launch of the aparthotel brand LIVE&CO.

Expanding Cycas Hospitality’s presence in key markets

In his new role, Naël will focus on accelerating Cycas Hospitality’s expansion by identifying new management opportunities and strengthening strategic partnerships across Europe. His financial acumen, investment strategy expertise, and extensive industry network will be instrumental in driving growth.

With an MBA in International Hospitality Management from ESSEC Business School (IMHI), Naël is well-equipped to facilitate international collaborations and reinforce Cycas’ presence in competitive hospitality markets.
