Emerald Hospitality Group, co-founded by renowned entrepreneurial twins Arian and Alberto Zandi, is proud to unveil an exciting new venture in partnership with the prestigious Regis Group, a global leader in luxury real estate investment. Known for its ownership of iconic properties such as Claridge’s Hotel in London, Regis Group will join forces with Emerald Hospitality Group to launch three extraordinary dining concepts in the heart of London.

This collaboration marks a pivotal moment in Emerald Hospitality Group’s expansion strategy, enabling the company to scale its portfolio while continuing to set benchmarks in luxury hospitality and culinary innovation.

Set to open by late 2025, the ambitious project will transform the historic Daily Telegraph building on Fleet Street into a vibrant destination for food enthusiasts and socialites from around the globe. Spanning multiple floors, each space will deliver distinct and unforgettable dining experiences, one of which has been officially revealed and 2 which are still a mystery:

Casa Como: A Tribute to Italian Elegance

Located on the ground floor, Casa Como will be a sister concept to Emerald Hospitality Group’s celebrated Italian brand, Como Garden. Inspired by the serene beauty of Lake Como, Casa Como will house a salumeria (Italian deli), a sophisticated restaurant, a central bar, and an enchanting 60-seat terrace. Guests can indulge in authentic Italian cuisine crafted in an open kitchen, offering an immersive culinary journey that celebrates Italian tradition and innovation.

On the seventh floor, this new brand will introduce a bold, theatrical dining concept centered around the primal allure of open-flame cooking. Featuring one of London’s most extensive selections of premium meats, each cut will be expertly prepared on a centerpiece clay grill in a dramatic open kitchen. It promises a multi-sensory dining experience that will ignite imaginations and delight palates.

Dining on the Clouds – Elevated Asian Fusion Dining

Spanning the eighth and ninth floors, this exciting new brand will bring a Japanese fusion concept to life. It will offer an array of Asian flavours anchored by Japanese cuisine. The menu will feature a dedicated sushi counter, an open robata grill, and influences from Thai and Chinese culinary traditions. The ninth-floor rooftop terrace will transform into an exclusive bar and lounge, offering expertly crafted cocktails and panoramic views of London, making it a premier destination for luxury dining and entertainment.
