YOO, the largest residential design brand in the world, and IWG, the global leader in flexible workspace and office solutions, announce a brand-new global partnership, set to redefine the boundaries between work and design.

The joint venture blends YOO’s cutting-edge design ethos and hospitality roots, with IWG’s unparalleled expertise in flexible office solutions, and will be rolled out over the next five years. This dynamic partnership is the first of its kind—bringing together YOO’s renowned aspiring lifestyle and design innovation with IWG’s expansive network and deep understanding of flexible workspaces. Together, the two companies will cater to the evolving needs of businesses and professionals by offering seamlessly integrated, beautifully designed spaces that adapt to both work and life. This new collaboration will be the first joint venture into the workplace industry for YOO and bring a new offering to the IWG portfolio. A place where businesses can work by day and entertain by night, with networking events, food and beverage pop-ups, and wellness events for all members.

The new spaces will enhance flexible working, catering for the growing demand for seamless work-life integration. The new business will bring together world-class interiors with state-of-the-art technology, and curated community experiences.

“We are thrilled to join forces with IWG to pioneer a new design-approach to flexible working,” said John Hitchcox, Chairman and Co-Founder of YOO. “This partnership allows us to bring YOO’s iconic designs to a global audience while addressing the changing demands of modern life. Together, we are creating destinations where people can work and thrive.”

Mark Dixon, Founder and CEO of IWG, added: “Flexible working is now a fundamental part of life, and our defining mission today, as it was 35 years ago, is to revolutionise how and where people work, bringing significant productivity advantages to companies and lifestyle benefits to their people. Over the past few years, we’ve seen hybrid and more flexible ways of working become the default model for millions and we are pleased to continually expand our products and services to meet the needs of our customers today and tomorrow.

Through this partnership with YOO, we are blending YOO’s standout design innovation with our unrivalled flexible workspace and office expertise, to provide beautiful, functional spaces that meet the demands of the future.”

The YOO x IWG partnership is set to target key markets across Europe, North America, South America, Asia, and the Middle East. Each workplace hub will be tailored to the unique needs of its local market while maintaining the uncompromising quality and design excellence that both brands are known for.
